Theresa Greer - President
Theresa co-launched Music City Archery which is one of the largest USA Archery clubs in the country and the Nashville Archery Foundation. She brings over a decade of experience running a business and creating exciting vibrant programs that attract new people to archery. Theresa is a certified judge and Level 3 USA Archery Coach. She also serves as the USA Archery Tennessee State Coordinator and is the tournament director for TN State, USA Nationals, TN Senior Games and local tournaments. She holds Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Theresa has a heart mission to create opportunities for communities to come together and to celebrate individual achievements.
Jeff Greer Vice - President
Jeff Greer brings over 25 years of experience as a national engineer for a Fortune 500 company where he was also an officer for the Veterans Employee Resource Group which raised over $50,000 for the Hope House. He is a veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Jeff has a passion for people and archery. He used this passion to co-launch Music City Archery which hosts one of the largest USA Archery clubs in the country. He earned several coaching and team manager positions with USA Archery International Training Staff, USA Paralympic Team Coach, Junior Olympic Archery Regional Elite Development Coach and International Camp Staff. He has coached athletes from beginning levels to USA International Teams. He has also served the community as a National Judge, USA Archery Board of Directors, Archery Trade Association Retail Council Member, Tennessee Archery Association Board member, and other leadership roles. Jeff is a Level 4 USA Archery Coach Trainer, taught seminars at the Archery Trade Show, was on the oversight committee for the development of the Archery Pro Shop Technician Certification program to name a few of the ways he has served the archery community. Jeff has taken athletes around the globe to compete in archery tournaments and hosted local tournaments with the same professionalism and vigor as when managing international teams.
Jessica VanWinkle - Secretary
Jessica VanWinkle has spent over 10 years training athletes and developing class programs in addition to marketing, procurement and project management. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management, Level 2 USA Archery Coach and USA Archery Level 2 Judge. Jessica has competed in national and international archery tournaments. Her other passions are horse riding and planning community events.
